Imagine a patient calling your office with a grave case and waiting for more than 10 min because the answering service does not care. When you ask for a supervisor you are in trouble it will get worst; the manager will call you stupid... I'm glad I was not a patient but as a member of the health system in SFO I need to let everybody know that Parnassus Heights Exchange is the worst company to answer your calls. Please do not ruin your office, department or hospital image with this a scary low professionalism and mediocre company. And if Martha answers you better hung up and try later.....
