I ordered my son's first birthday cake from them and it was awesome. It tasted great and looked really cool. The problem?? The people that work there are not nice at all. I emailed my order, which they could not find and they seemed bothered to take the order by phone. The cake was $85 plus $10 for a little cake for my son. When I went to pick it up, the person working wouldn't even help me carry it to the car or hold the door for me. My husband went there to pick up a prepared dessert for Valentine's Day and no one wanted to help him either. Their product is great but their customer service means I will NEVER order from them again. I'll go to Once in a Blue Moon bakery from now on or even Harris Teeter. I am not sure why they are going to be on Oprah but I am sure they were probably nicer to her???
Pros: Really cool, great tasting cake.
Cons: Very expensive, mean people that aren't grateful for your patronage.
