I have been a customer of HRF for two years. My experience with their sales team was awesome and very friendly. As well as there customer service dept at their main location I found the young ladies both to be very nice and friendly. \r

As fas as upper management for example: I found one lady and one male to be extremely Rude. You could tell that they needed people skills. One of my first question to them was this company primarly work with High Credit Risk customers. Threrefore when you give a customer another chance why are you so short tempered with these customer. I rate Hall Automotive on a scale 1-10 a 10 ( Upper Management one or two people make it bad for the rest 2. Customer Service people on the phone and front desk help desk a 10. I had a bad experience in working with these two individual but I won't say that HALL itself is bad just their selection of Collection Representative and Management. Would I buy from them again Not Sure... Not if I have to work with Collectors with NO PEOPLE SKILLS or answer to solve a problem for the customer and the company they work for. Geting the Car is the best part of buying from this company and working with the Rude Collection Dept is the worst. Which Make this Company not the best company to do business with. (After Math Affect) Don't have a hardship while making payments to this company.....

Cons: Not knowing how to make a credit risk client their best customer for next purchase
