I would like to comment on the previous rant. If clients had bothered to ask about the water, they would have been offered ice and told that room temperature water is best for one's health. Also there is lemon or lime in the water to spice it up. The spa is one of the largest in the city and there are many beautifully decorated rooms to hang out in. If clients are early for their appointments, they can relax and enjoy music, magazines and water or herbal tea, and wine in the evenings. My experience there has been delightful. The owner greeted me and did the best waxing on my eyebrows--so quick and painless. The massages are great and I saw a lot of high tech equipment when I was there. I loved the Dish products I got, especially the frappe. It soaks into my skin and stays all day. The bath bombs are so fragrent that guests comment on my powder room smelling wonderful. I only need to use a quarter of one for a moisturizing bath. May I suggest that customers talk to the owner or management if they have the least problem. I've found them to be excellent problem solvers and not bat an eye at eccentric requests. I wanted pizza and they're a spa, not a restaurant, but guess what? They went and got me pizza! People, speak up, no one can read your minds. The staff has asked me many times during check out how my visit was. They are receptive to constructive criticism, but as the public, it is our job to say what we want. And theirs to cater to us within reason. Spa Sasse is a wonderful place, has dedicated staff who like to get tips so they aim to please. Compared to other spas in town, it is by far my favorite place to splurge.
