I looked them up and after reading the first 2 reviews decided to call to schedule my dog. The man that answered to phone was not very friendly, and after a brief conversation and after I told him what breed of dog I had, was told there were no Saturday appointments for the rest of the year (come on, it's SEPTEMBER-- hire another groomer). I would find somewhere else to go if you have a breed that they might not want to groom. Luckily, my vet recommended a groomer that we got in with next week. I'm sure we will be much happier there anyway.
Pros: Found another place to go!
Cons: Wasted my time calling them.
