I would rate this below zero, since the new owners took over. they only have two maintanence people to do everything, and the place looks it, they try, but the place looks like the slums, dirty, trash all over. the office staff are so so, they say one thing and don't follow thru, they say one thing and do something else. If you pay on time and keep to the rules of the complex then you get screwed, and the ones that break the rules nothing happens. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Pros: they allow big dogs
Cons: grounds dirty, customer service not good
