My car was rear-ended on June 26 and suffered rear damage to the rim of one wheel, tail light, tail gate, and bumper (2000 Jeep Cherokee). The car was dropped off in their lot on June 28. In early August they gave me gave me an estimated completion date of late August. I called the last week of August and they said they needed more time (waiting on another 'part' to come in). I started calling every week and they continually promise to finish by the end of that week. Calling of friday of that morning yields the response: ""we still have some more work to do"". When will I get my car back??? They still have it (today is September 18th, almost over 80 days since they first received it). Moreover, they seem bothered when you call to check the status.
