I made the mistake of taking my turtle to All Bay. The clinic should have told me they do not treat reptiles, but they were more concerned with taking my money. They gave me wrong information, did not effectivly treat the injury, and when I confronted Dr. Lentz about this wrong information, he changed his story and refused to deal with the situation. They claimed that based on their assumtions about my financial concerns, they were trying to do me a favor. Insulting, considering that I never expressed financial worries, and in the long run they cost me much more money for providing services beyond their expertise.
