When you get to Ocean Drive and 5th instead of turning left to the hoards of pushy crowds and pricy fast food restaurants turn left and find the best restaurant on the strip. I've been going to South Beach for years and the menu of this small but cozy restaurant is OUTSTANDING. Try the crab cakes, they are out of this world.
