I had a death in the family and Joanne did not charge me for boarding. This is just one of the kind things she has done for me. I have been working with her for several years and she takes care of my dog if I go out of town. The traing, was amazing too. She transformed my goofy Lab into a different dog. He used to jump on people, steal food from the table and he was very mouthy, with play biting. No longer! he lets me clip his nails, which used to be a nightmare.
He is very polite now when I have company and I take him everyplace. It is so much more fun!
