I am reviewing the Kremp Florist that is located around Rittenhouse Square. I have sent and received flowers from this florist. I received a dozen roses on Valentine's Day that my boyfriend was told would arrive that day before 3:00PM. The flowers did not arrive at my apartment until after 9:00PM that night when the front desk called to announce their arrival. They were also not the flowers that he had ordered (peach and white roses) - I received red. I know V-Day is the biggest flower order day of the year so I wasn't too upset, but he was very angry. When sending flowers to a friend as a Get Well gesture, I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful.
