I used Arthur Ravenel Jr. several years ago to try to sell a commercial property I owned. I always got the feeling that they weren't doing everything they should be to get the word out and try to sell the property. My agent was hard to get ahold of and it always took several emails/calls. This was an expensive property and there was much money to be made, but nothing got done. After the contract was up we went with another real estate company that promptly got 3 offers for the property and it was sold 3 months afterwards. I would definately not recommend Ravenel unless something has changed since my experience!
