Yes, H & R Block is not as cheap as doing your taxes yourself or with tax software, but for our family the added help to find deductions and a live person to ask questions of is worth the extra cash!\r

We have had our taxes done at this location for 2 years now. Both times we had to wait for less than 15 minutes to be seen, and the 2 of the 3 ladies have been very helpful, knowledgable and competent. One young lady was less knowledgable (by far) and was smoking in the office while talking to another client when we came in... she was the exception.\r

Both years we had circumstances that were a little different from average and needed some advice- we had moved from another state and had expenses associated with the move to claim, and this year I started a small business that needed some deductions etc. Both years they managed to get us far more back than we would have ever anticipated and our return arrived in a timely manner with no problems. \r
