I have been to Reo's twice and both times the meat (brisket and ribs) was tough. I am used to barbecue that is smoked so that it falls apart in your mouth instead of getting mainly stuck in your teeth. I am still on the search for killer ribs and brisket in the Portland area. So far my favorite barbecue is Russell Street (their beef ribs are really good). more
