I would consider myself a steak junkie. I have had some really good cuts and I have had some really bad cuts. There is a steakhouse in Omaha that matched perfect with my desire for awesome beef. That would be ""The Drover"" It could use some updating, but the food and the service were both exceptional. The thing is, you get what you pay for. For having that almost perfect cut of beef, you had to pay a little more. But it is WELL worth it.
