Atmosphere is good if you are going with full family or a group of friends - certainly not great for a couple looking for an intimate dinner experience. Service was average. We had reservations for 7.00pm - and were promptly seated - got our bread, water etc from the 'bus-boy'. Main waitress came almost 15-20minutes later with nary a apology. She seemed very hurried while taking our order and hardly came by later. Both appetizers and main entrees took a long time coming (not necessarily a bad thing unless you are very hungry). Portions were huge - taste was okay - not the best Italian food I've had.
