So I thought I would try my luck looking through YellowBook to find a Heating and Cooling company that can replace my dead Central Air/ Heating unit. Made the call to United and talked with a field technician. I felt like he really didn't know much of anything. So I ask if it was a good idea to actually take a look at the unit first so that he could visually confirm for me that he could replace it with a similar unit. He hesitated for a bit and finally agreed. So a few days later, I am waiting for him to show up. He gets here 40 minutes late and then got MIA after I let him in through the front door of my house complex. Still have not heard a thing from him and I tried calling him direct via redial. Great service. They can't even find there way through a paper bag.
