I may be a little suspicious raving about this place because I love Brazilian food. I have been to many Brazilian restaurants in the U.S. and have paid hefty prices to satisfy my craving for the famous ""Churrasco"", but no place will have the right ingredients for the perfect gastronomic experience as Gaucho's Village has. Their salad bar is a complete meal on its own. The meat is well prepared by true artists of the kitchen. They really know how to season to perfection. The friendly waiters also contribute to the pleasant and unique experience. And to top it off, you can't leave this place without having one of their delicious desserts like the ""Passion Fruit Moose"" (my favorite). Did I say the price is very reasonable? In my opinion, the best value for your money. Well worth the try.
