Our pet... a shelter rescue... had no previous grooming experiences, pet affaire did an amazing job of suggesting a style and providing a wonderful experience including great treats afterwards and wonderful products (at great prices) for us to reward him with; our dog has never been happier and gets compliments on his looks wherever we go.
