With only one days notice, Julie the owner of Wagville, accommodated us so that we could bring the dogs to be "interviewed" to see if they would be a good fit for Wagville. Safety was clearly a priority for the staff. They passed their interview and we dropped them off the next morning for 4 days. Over the 4 days, we, on several occasions checked the WebCam to see how they were doing and were able to see our pups playing and being cuddled and pet EVERYTIME WE CHECKED. we just checked at random and clearly they provide excellent care at Wagville. When we picked them up, one of our dogs looked like he didn't want to leave! He jumped in the car and then tried to jump back out when Julie came to give him a hug and tell them that she will miss them...the staff knew their names and called them by them always. Our pup ran to the back of the car to lick her and got all excited when she reached to say goodbye. Clearly they were comfortable and loved the staff. I will ALWAYS bring them there...they have a great sliding scale for multiple dogs which really helps with the $$$. ****there was a comment posted by someone with very non-specific info indicating their dog became ill, and their "neighbors" dog was BIT AND DIED LATER. This is absolutely insane and i have requested this be removed. Anyone looking for boarding - who has seen this facility - and met the staff...will see for themselves...this comment was clearly posted by a competitor or someone who was just angry. IF YOU ARE GOING TO POST THINGS THAT ARE THAT SERIOUS IN THEIR ACCUSATIONS - HAVE THE DECENCY TO POST YOUR INFORMATION SO THAT PEOPLE CAN INQUIRE TO YOU ON HOW YOU CAME TO THOSE CONCLUSIONS.
