Went in to have a watch band adjusted. He charged $15 (which is too much) but it was convenient so I decided to go ahead. He said it would take a half hour (which is too long). Came back in a half hour and it wasn't done. No apologies. He said he would do it right away. It would only take five minutes. Then why didn't he do it in the half hour I had already waited? Just took my watch and left. Overpriced and rude.
