Good value, poor service 8/19/2006

The customer service here is a little less than friendly. I expect helpful, friendly service from Marriott hotels. The people at the counter seemed pretty complacent to be working there. Not smiling that much, and not very helpfull. I asked if their were any suites available at check-in, she just grumbled, not tonight and never looked up. Didn't offer to see if there were any available for the next night. Pros: Inexpensive Cons: Smelly, poor customer service, dirty pool more
