We went to get my daughters yearbook picture taken and they gave us the proofs of the pictures she had to choose between. My daughter choose the picture she wanted in the yearbook and they informed us we had to come back for another appointment to give them our choice. We live quite a distance from their studio and I told them I did not want to come back again. They would not budge and said that they couldnt guarantee what would end up in the yearbook if we didn't come back. My daughter was very upset. This is was her senior year! I realize that they have a living to make however we were very adamant of the fact that we did not want to purchase more photos. I know thats why they wanted us to come back. They were very rude and I wouldn't do business with them or recommend them to anyone!
Cons: They are very hard to deal with!
