Since moving to Lansing we have found the West Side the place to live and Canal Club is the Apartment to live in. It is fairly modern with beautiful landscaping. The rent is average for the area. They come with a washer and dryer in each unit. The office staff and maintenance crew are courteous and quick. I saved the best for last--They pay the heating bill!!! That's a savings of over $100 in the winter. A great place to live.
