My daughter was told she needed braces and we visited several offices for consultations. One of those was Dr. Appel's office. The staff there are VERY friendly and my very nervous daughter was put quickly at ease.Although the office is always busy the wait time is always VERY short. I still can't figure out how they do that.As for the financial aspect, they are very accommodating. Payments are broken down with no interest charged and out of the 5 offices we went to they were the most reasonable.My daughter and I are both very happy with the service we received and I feel we definitely made the right choice for her care.
