When we moved from Edmonds to Fremont, our biggest concern was ""Where will we find sushi as good at Sushi Moto?""\r

Sitting at the bar is the way to go, but even from the tables it's a wonderful experience. The servers bring a course of miso soup and then seasonal appetizers - I always hope for the steamed broccoli in sesame dressing. Don't bother getting anything but the sushi - the hirame is always wonderful, and the handrolls are excellent. \r

If you're the adventerous sort, ask the chef to recommend something - often he has delicacies which are not listed on the menu.
Pros: Great value, excellent preparation, good for kids
Cons: A bit of a drive, closed every Tuesday
