The people who work at H&R are not CPAs and have not gone through the training that CPAs have gone through to get their certifications. I find that it's better to use Turbo Tax which is less expensive and perhaps more helpful. I found that the cost of H&R is not that much less than using a professional tax preparer (my taxes are very simple).\r
