We ordered wedding invitations from Only the Best (OTB) this spring. Lets just start out by saying I believe their name is highly debateable. \r We selected our invitations in part because of the short timeframe we had to work with. After submitting our order, we heard nothing from OTB and when we checked with them after the date we should have rec'd them, OTB called the makers and found out that they were on hold for over a week because we'd ordered a lined envelope - not possible with our invitations it turns out. OTB it seems would never have learned this if it weren't for our query. They sent in the order and didn't follow up. And they told us wrongly that we could get lined envelopes. Their attitude was it wasn't their fault. We saw it differently. We could have ordered the same inviations over the internet for less but decided to use OTB because they had a storefront. Allot of good that did us.\r \r Try another shop. Pros: it's a nice store with allot of samples Cons: seems they care only about your money - not your experience more
