client satisfaction iffy 7/7/2006

Recently, I spent the morning seeking a chiropractor for back pain. After some investigation and numerous calls, I opted for Highland Clinic; the reviews seemed great and I needed some relief from the pain. I made my appointment, showed up, had tests done and then was told to make an appointment for Monday. Well, the primary reason I went in was to get some relief, but was expected to wait over the weekend-this was exactly what I did not want. I went in with the understanding that there indeed would be testing, but I also was under the impression that I would be getting an adjustment as well. As the doctor explained to me he needed to read his test results before he could determine his plan, I explained why I was there and what I understood to happen from my visit. \r I had discussed with the receptionist prices, how much to expect with testing and adjustment, and anything else I made to know before I decided to make my appointment. If I had been told how things actually were to transpire, I would have spent my money elsewhere and got what I expected. So, here I am, still in discomfort and $100 poorer with nothing effectively done. I feel there was an incredible level of miscommunication and nothing was really done to rectify this. Dr Bryan seems rather young, so perhaps with some time he will discover that happy clients are something to strive for, rather than having a disgruntled client post a review such as this one. Good luck. more
