If you have older pets this would not be a good place to take your pets. Our dogs were not clean under tails or on there faces around eyes. When I brought this to the attention of the own I was told that because the dogs were old they were unable to clean them well. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone. \r
Pros: No delay for scheduling appt.
Cons: Dogs not cleaned or groomed properly
