We placed a small order with them, they did not deliver the products when promised. When the order was finally delivered the first time, they sent the wrong product. When notified of this situation, they took a week and a half to get the correct product in and then promised to deliver the day they got them. Now the following day, they still have not delivered out product to us, I called, spoke to a supervisor who was supposed to ""walk up and talk to dispatch"" to find out where our product was with the promise of a prompt return call to give me a status update. Now, 45 minutes later, I still have not heard back from them.

Cons: Bad customer service, slow response time, no return phone calls when promised
