I too came from the west coast and looking for a great place to get my hair done. I didn't care what the cost was just wanted my hair to look great. I was told to go here. The first time I went the girl was late, looked at my hair, I asked just for some highlights to get through a couple of weeks until I had time to come in and get a full weave of dark and light. she quickly mixed some bleach and put it in my hair. $130 was the cost for bleach. I gave it a second chance thinking maybe I didn't explain well enough. She did not acknowledge my presence for 20 minutes after my appt schedule, I started to explain what I wanted done, she had to come back again but she said she knew. Next thing I know, there is color mixed by an assistant, what color I don't know because my stylist didn't even talk to me about it or look at anything I wanted, I sat for another 20 minutes and left. Went up to another salon and got EXACTLY what I wanted for 90.00
