I've been eating at this red lobster since it opened up back around 15 yr's ago. At 1st the service was excellent and the food was always great. Here the past 2-3 yr's the service is not up to par. They are always short staffed(could be because in order to work here you must attend training all the way up in Norcross, and a lot of people can not drive an hr. for this). The place can be only 1/2 full but yet you still sit and wait 15 min's for a table, due to them being short staffed. They have an issue with keeping up with the bread on the weekends, and some of the time you won't even get any bread before your food arrives. Last time we went the lettuce was wilted. Also now when you get shrimp scampi it is so watered down vs. how it use to be strictly a garlic, butter and wine sauce. Also their melted butter is all watery looking now too. I would most definately recommend calling ahead here for seats if you go Fri or Sat. night or Sunday right after church lets out. If not even if they have tons of empty tables be prepared to wait. Pros: Plenty of parking Cons: Service, length of time waiting for a table and the recent quality of the food. more
