New management has taken over and the place is going DOWNHILL. The drive in gate is ALWAYS stuck open or broken (people keep running into it?) which means anyone can pretty much drive in and have a look around (a security guard is on duty some nights, but there are still questionable people walking around). Even though the complex is right next to the city of Bellaire, this area is getting to be dangerous. The garbage dumps are overflowing by the second day after they are emptied and people will just leave garbage all over the ground, they don't care. The dumpsters are next to the street so people driving by have to look at that. How embarrasing. Parking is not great. But if you want to live in a trashy complex and you have bad credit, no credit, or horrible credit, then this is the place for you!
