stay away from Roy, who says they deliver then says they can't. Admits he was distracted and not paying attention, then won't compensate you for it. Refuses to provide customer service, will walk away from you while in the middle of "helping" you, to service another customer.
Doesn't pay attention to details. Didn't know what direction an abstract photo went, had the wire on wrong, put it the right way after I told him the right way, then I had to ask him to remove the wrong direction wire and attachments! Essentially says unless you are a BIG customer, will not provide the service offered (free delivery and pickup).
I do not recommend at all.
