I've never been to a chiropractor before and didn't think much of it until a friend recommended I see Dr. Lee. I've had chronic back problems for about 2 years now as a result of a sports injury and doctors could not pinpoint or fix the problem. I went to see a doctor in every specialty with varied results. The times that the treatment prescribed to me worked, to my dismay, it was only temporary and I was having problems again. I didn't want to take any drugs to mask the pain because I knew that even though I couldn't feel the pain, the problem would still be there...it wasn't a fix. I couldn't exercise and strengthen my back because I couldn't even bend over properly or walk without feeling any pain let alone bear any weight on my back. Some doctors even recommended surgery, and for me that was NOT an option. I was at my wits end and resigned myself to having to live with this problem.
I went to see Dr. Lee about 6 months ago on a friend's recommendation and it changed my life! My first impression after leaving my first appointment was that Dr. Lee knew his stuff. He listened to me as I described the pain and what I had done to set it off. He asked a million questions about my activities, medical history, lifestyle and put me through some range of motion tests. Dr. Lee spent the better part of an hour getting to know me and what I was going through. I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel like a number. He really took the time and even told a patient that had an appointment, that he was running a little late.
At the end of our appointment he told me that he would prepare a treatment plan and told me that this wasn't going to be a quick fix and that he would be commited to treating me if I would be committed to his plan. I figured I had nothing to lose because I had seen every other doctor under the sun, so I told him I would give it my all.
After 3 months of bi-weekly treatments I noticed that there was NO PAIN! NONE..ZIP. I couldn't believe it. During this time I also noticed a marked increase in my energy level and a more deep and restful sleep. I'm able to exercise now and with Dr. Lee's guidance I'm in the process of strengthening my back. I still see Dr. Lee once a week because of the side benefits. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who wants a caring, knowledgeable, professional who will make your life and health 100x better.
