Honest and professional, on time for appointments. Everything is quoted in advance so there are no surprises. They've been out several times and they are also taking care of other family members. They're also not afraid to tell you something is not worth fixing because the cost would be too much. Some other places would fix it and charge you an arm and a leg. We're very happy with Doc's App. and so is our family.
