My apartment management hired this company to fix a leak that was occuring in our air conditioning system. Apparently when the air conditioning system was originally installed (not by this company), the installation company forgot to put a cap on one of the ends of the pipes which caused severe amounts of water to leak. After about 5 minutes of inspecting everything, the 2 men that the company sent found the problem and quickly replaced it. The repairers who were to sent to fix the air system were very nice and we even discussed baseball while they were fixing the pipe!
