I have been religiously eating at 3 on Fourth for the past year. This place is a hidden foodie secret! The dishes are all amazing...toro tartare, truffle potato puree, scrambled eggs with uni (sea urchin) and black truffles..ummm. I highly recommend trying this place before you can't get a reservation anymore! Can't seem to get enough...
Pros: The Entire Menu, Cheese Plates, Half price wine on Mondays (Hello!!)
