I recently lost my dad. My mom and I went in this store to look for a specific book.\r
When we walked in the door the lady ( appeared to be the owner) was very rude. She didn't know what she had in the store nor was anything organized. I am a definately "" fun"" person and sometimes enjoy going through "" stacks"" but the least she should know is whether or not she had it. It was disorganized chaos. She didn't even offer to help, she just waived us mumbling something. As an avid reader I could have been a loyal customer, I guess she doesn't need the business. I will not go back nor recommend to my friends who are also avid readers.
Pros: there are books
Cons: poor customer service, poor attitude and poor store layout
