Ok, there's plenty of good sushi in LA. But this is the place my BF and I go at least once a week, sometimes 2x. The quality of the fish is nothing short of amazing - buttery wild salmon, albacore, the best red snapper with shiso and marinated salt, painstakenly seared escolar...you name it. Very traditional, beautiful ambiance, friendly staff (Hi Shige!). Our fave.
