Came across Health Mutts website on the night my in-laws dog passed away (a Tuesday). The site offered a lovely pet sympathy basket. Ordered it right away. Assumed it would be put together and shipped out the next day (on Wednesday). In fact, the basket did not ship until Friday and the scheduled delivery date was a whole week later. So despite my best intentions to provide a small token to aid in the mourning of a much-loved pet...the basket arrived nearly two weeks after she died.
Very, very disappointing. And when I said this to the owner via emailshe did not even acknowledge my note.
