I used to work at a place that used Big O Tires, so when I got my car that's where I went. The first time was for new brake pads and an oil change/fluid check. They told me at that time that my rotors would need to be replaced in the next year, they wanted to change them at that time, but it was too expensive for something that didn't have to be done. When I picked my car up, the service engine light was on, though it wasn't when I picked it up. I called and they said they had no idea about it. It went off the next day, and though it annoyed me, I decided that maybe it was coincidence.
Pros: nice enough people
Cons: poor quality work, high prices
