I thought I would try a new salon so I made an appointment. I left work early so I could be on time. I sat there for approx. 15 minutes and finally asked someone how much longer. While she was checking the hairdresser I had an appointment with peeked his head around the corner....he was getting his hair colored! So, I sat there for approx. 30 minutes because he had to get his hair done. When he brought me in the back he didn't apologize for being late. He said "so what do you want to do today?". I told him I'd been waiting 30 minutes, he said "so, it's Thursday we're busy". I couldn't believe his comment and told him he was rude. He told me I could leave, so I did. I left a message with the manager to discuss what happened, she didn't have the curtesy to respond. I have since found a great place right down the street.
