I like Fedex, and I like Kinkos. But, after the merge, this location (on California Ave.) became a mismanaged mess. They have never been able to get a job completed on time (incompetent staff, broken machines, etc.). I always have to talk to a manager to get basic information and insurance that my job will be completed on time.\r

If you are there to make your own copies, I guess there are fewer issues. But, I have witnessed other people having problems getting available staff to help them when they have questions about operating the machines. And then there are the lines...
