Visiting some friends in Kansas City, the topic of lunch came up. My friedns raved about a small place nearby. My initial thought was: How good could a burger be? It was quickly answered. The meat is from local butchers, and the seasoning is all their own. Cooked to your specifications and in my case, the medium rare was juicy while not being undercooked. The only complaint I have is about their buns. The buns taste doughy and mass-processed and detract from the burger. They also don't hold against the juices of the burger. This is easily one of the best burgers I have ever had.
