Were here for almost 45 minutes, trying to purchase contacts for a prescription from another eye doctor. Despite claiming that they accepted my insurance, found out (while in the store with the insurance company on the phone) that they only accept insurance when they also perform the eye exam. While I was there, at least 2 other customers were experiencing problems with insurance and billing that the store was basically unwilling to help them resolve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
