They showed up an hour and half late. I was not provided with the services which were in the package I purchased. I was told that the delux package I purchased would include cleaning the house from top to bottom and it is an all day cleaning. They were finished in two hours. I was told that I could inspect upon completion and if I was dissatisfied in certain areas, those area would be done over...instead, I received flack from the owner implying that it is expected to miss area with a first time cleaning and that it would be taken care of when they came back in two weeks for my general cleaning. I cleaned my home over myself and found that it was as if it had never been cleaned!
