Taj Masala is Golden's little gem of an Indian restaurant. Denver has more than a few good ones (Little India, India Oven, etc.), but on the west side of town they are more difficult to find. Everything that I've had here has been great from the Saag Paneer to the curries to the vegetable pakora and naan. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good eats in the Golden area and even to those willing to take a short 15 minute drive west from downtown to escape the weekend crowds at the Denver hot spots. You will not be disappointed!
