After being told verbally over the phone that I had nothing to worry about and that the limo would arrive at the scheduled time, the limo never showed up. I tried to contact the 24 hour dispatch multiple times and each time recieved only an answering machine. 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, we tried to contact the limo service again from an alternate number and they answered right away reassuring us that they would contact the driver and call us back right away. We NEVER recieved a return call. I would not recommend this service to anyone - very unprofessional.
